The TV's in the rooms are dated and need to be upgraded to the latest technology. Online booking.com. the room was large pleasantly warm. After a good nights rest I am delighted you enjoyed our new look breakfast and this set you up for a day around town. Firstly the room was not as expected or advertised on the website pictures. We stayed here for our 2nd anniversary. It's also shocking having to pay £12 per day to park your car, but if you go out for the day your space is not guaranteed when you return. However on check out we were told we had not settled our bill, and I was asked for the receipt, which I could not find. We used the bar for drinks and it was quite expensive although you did get 10% off your first round. The Yorkshire used to be a bit old and tired but has had extensive refurbishment and has been vastly improved.Stayed over the Christmas break and it was excellent.Apart from the great location the main asset of the TH are the staff.Every so for person from check in to Bar area to Breakfast room and Restaurant are polite,friendly and do a fantastic job. We are delighted you found your recently refurbished room clean and inviting and if its location your after the Yorkshire beats them all. The hotel has parking outside which isnt enough for the guests. I think I would probably good for a cheaper deluxe room if I stayed again. The same for the bathroom. (Pics Included) The windows were other guest's rooms which looked directly into ours and were only about 10 metres apart. This was a special weekend away for us, I explained the circumstances to Chloe at the hotel and she went above and beyond to look after us and ensure we had a memorable, wonderful stay, highly recommended hotel in a fantastic location to visit Harrogate. I would not hesitate to book again and for those reasons I would highly recommend to others. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We are please that you have enjoyed your stay, but quite sorry to hear that the late high winds made your window noisy. It was so good the first time, we had to come again. Fantastic location, staff, amenities and the room was absolutely perfect. Really convenient for everything in Harrogate-a great location just opposite Betty's! We had paid £12 each for breakfast and were greeted by a lovely lady. We are really pleased that you have enjoyed your stay with us. Cost an extra £24 parking for 2 nights stay. Our only issue was being woken up every morning while we there by waste trucks, deliveries and street cleaners so early in the morning from 5am, this is because we were in a rear room at the back of the hotel.
